Transform existing project (git, media folder) to adoc project?

I have a folder with asciidoc files that I version control.
How can I convert to adoc-studio project (it seems to be also a folder)?
My setup:
There's a doc that references chapters.
Chapters are in /chapter subfolder.
Images are in /Bilder.
I would like to keep my git history (of course!).
